les cantons du Nord-Ouest de la Suisse (Argovie, Berne, B\u00e2le-Campagne, B\u00e2le-Ville, Jura et Soleure) publient un rapport annuel sur la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air.<\/p><p>Pour le rapport annuel 2023, l\u2019infographie regroupant les diff\u00e9rents polluants a \u00e9t\u00e9 remani\u00e9e (consultable sous ce <a class=\"gotograph\" style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\" href=\"#\">lien<\/a>). Elle pr\u00e9sente l\u2019intervalle de valeurs sur une cat\u00e9gorie de sites (zone rurale, agglom\u00e9ration, zone urbaine, etc.) et les valeurs des diff\u00e9rentes stations de mesures y figurent en couleur. Cette repr\u00e9sentation a l\u2019avantage d\u2019exposer rapidement une vue d\u2019ensemble de la pollution d\u2019une cat\u00e9gorie de sites et de d\u00e9terminer les endroits o\u00f9 les valeurs limites sont respect\u00e9es ou d\u00e9pass\u00e9es.<\/p><p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, deux stations de mesures ont d\u00fb \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9es en raison de travaux de construction \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate. Les valeurs pour les stations \u00ab Basel Feldbergstrasse \u00bb et \u00ab A2 Hard BL \u00bb (autoroute pr\u00e8s de Muttenz BL) ne peuvent donc \u00eatre compar\u00e9es aux chiffres de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente qu\u2019avec r\u00e9serve. En raison d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration de la circulation de l\u2019air, la charge polluante enregistr\u00e9e sur le site d\u00e9plac\u00e9 \u00e0 la Feldbergstrasse est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement initial. Pour le site A2 Hard, c\u2019est l\u2019inverse : les valeurs enregistr\u00e9es sur le nouveau site sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Afin de fournir \u00e0 la population un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019\u00e9volution, ces mesures non repr\u00e9sentatives sont n\u00e9anmoins int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section L\u2019ozone, un gaz irritant, n\u2019est pas \u00e9mis directement, mais se forme sous l\u2019action du rayonnement solaire \u00e0 partir des polluants pr\u00e9curseurs que sont les oxydes d\u2019azote et les compos\u00e9s organiques volatils (COV).<br \/>La valeur limite horaire de 120 microgrammes par m\u00e8tre cube, qui ne doit pas \u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9e plus d\u2019une fois par an, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e entre 64 et 437 heures selon les sites du Nord-Ouest de la Suisse. Comme ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les pics de concentrations mesur\u00e9s en 2023 se situent entre 138 et 171 microgrammes par m\u00e8tre cube.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #6ba4b5;\">\u00c9volution au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (2018 \u00e0 2022) :<\/span><br \/>En raison d\u2019un \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau tr\u00e8s ensoleill\u00e9, le nombre de poussi\u00e8res fines (en anglais Particulate Matter \u2013 PM) ont \u00e0 nouveau diminu\u00e9 en 2023. Pour les poussi\u00e8res fines d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 microm\u00e8tres (PM10), l\u2019ordonnance sur la protection de l\u2019air d\u00e9fini une valeur limite annuelle de 20 microgrammes par m\u00e8tre cube. Celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9e pour toutes les stations, comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. <br \/>La valeur limite journali\u00e8re de 50 microgrammes par m\u00e8tre cube a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 sept fois selon les sites, principalement en raison d\u2019\u00e9pisodes de poussi\u00e8re du Sahara et d\u2019influences locales.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #6ba4b5;\">\u00c9volution au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (2018 \u00e0 2022) :<\/span><br \/>Les moyennes annuelles de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieures de 7 \u00e0 16 % \u00e0 la moyenne des cinq derni\u00e8re
